Brevent, gloomy prevent, can app-standby (since Android 6.0, no longer supported on some devices) or force-discontinue apps with out root, prevent apps from working in very long time.
Brevent never brevent apps no longer in Bervent listing. If apps are launched then stop (tapping Abet or so), Brevent will app-standby them; if apps timed out in standby, or swiped from recents display, Brevent will force-discontinue them. Every time apps are working with out job, Brevent will force-discontinue them.
Apps in Brevent listing shall be position “permit sync” to receive notifications or attain sync jobs. Brevent won't standby “permit sync” apps, and Brevent won't force-discontinue “permit sync” apps with notifications or working in background.
Brevent helps Android 5.0 to Android Q Beta 4, requires “USB debugging” in “developer alternatives”.
Since Android 8, Brevent won't work if debugging is off or USB option is modified. If debugging turns off whenever you unplug the cable, please alternate USB option. Typically, it's OK to withhold USB option as default.
